The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale is to define the rights and obligations of "ATELIER BLEU DE COCAGNE®" and the Customer for the purchase of products presented by "ATELIER BLEU DE COCAGNE®" on its website www.bleudecocagne.com (hereinafter "the Site"). They apply exclusively between the company SARL Apparel Architecture, 40 Rue De Poitou, 75003 Paris, Siret: 801.934.787.00012 (hereinafter "ATELIER BLEU DE COCAGNE®") and any individual consumer visiting or making a purchase via the said Site (hereinafter "the Customer").
The photos of the products marketed on the store are intended to represent reality as closely as possible. However, "ATELIER BLEU DE COCAGNE®" cannot be held responsible for potential variations, particularly with regard to color perception.
Any order placed with " ATELIER BLEU DE COCAGNE® " therefore implies the Customer's unreserved acceptance of the present terms and conditions. The present terms and conditions may be modified at any time and without prior notice by " ATELIER BLEU DE COCAGNE® ", the applicable conditions being those in force at the date of the order by the Customer.
For sales within the EEC, the prices indicated are inclusive of VAT in Euro applicable on the day of the order. "ATELIER BLEU DE COCAGNE®" reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price shown on the site on the day of the order will be the only price applicable to the buyer.
Prices do not include shipping and handling.
In the event of an order to a country other than metropolitan France, the Customer is the importer of the product(s) concerned. For all products shipped outside the European Union and French overseas departments and territories, the price will automatically be calculated exclusive of tax on the invoice. Customs duties, local taxes, import duties or state taxes may be required. These duties and sums are not the responsibility of " ATELIER BLEU DE COCAGNE® ". They will be at your expense and are your sole responsibility, both in terms of declaration and payment to the competent authorities and organizations in your country.

The delivery service used is "Colissimo". Shipping costs vary according to destination. Products are dispatched with the delivery note, to the delivery address indicated by the Customer at the time of ordering. Delivery cannot be made to hotels or P.O. boxes.
The delivery times indicated on the site are indicative, corresponding to average processing and delivery times. In order for these times to be respected, the Customer must ensure that he has provided accurate and complete information concerning the delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building number, staircase number, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.).
We ship Monday to Friday. We reserve the right to cancel your purchase if no one has signed for your package. You are responsible for the package once it has been delivered.

Within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the order, the Customer may ask "ATELIER BLEU DE COCAGNE®" to refund or exchange the Product(s). To do so, the Customer should send an email to " contact@bleudecocagne.com " explaining the reason for the return request. "ATELIER BLEU DE COCAGNE®" will confirm the return request within 48 hours.
Returns are the responsibility of " ATELIER BLEU DE COCAGNE® " only if the item received by the customer is different from the one ordered (error in order preparation) or has a quality defect. In this case " ATELIER BLEU DE COCAGNE® " will send a return slip and the customer must take the package to the post office. The customer will only be responsible for any packaging required to return the product.
In all other cases, returns are at the customer's expense.
The Product must be returned in its original condition, new, unworn and unwashed, to the following address:

The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the return.

ATELIER BLEU DE COCAGNE®" may not be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet, in particular a break in service, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses, or for any event qualified as force majeure, in accordance with the law and jurisprudence.
In order to provide the services offered on the Site, "ATELIER BLEU DE COCAGNE®" may need to process your personal data collected when you register on the site or place an order. Information and data concerning the customer are strictly necessary for the management of orders, the execution and follow-up of commercial relations, and for internal statistical purposes.
